Uy, Jr. presided over the fourth quarter meeting of the Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council (PADAC) on December 1, 2023. Awardees from the province include the municipalities of Banaybanay, Caraga, Cateel, San Isidro, and Tarragona. These Local Government Units were acknowledged for their exemplary contributions to the national anti-drug efforts.
