RESOLUTION NO. 16-353-04-2020 – A Resolution confirming the approval on the passage of Municipal Ordinance No. 06, series of 2020, of the Municipality of Baganga , Davao Oriental, Entitled: “An Ordinance prohibiting the selling and retailing of gasoline and diesel fuel oil, unsafe and sub-standard liquefied petroleum products in all Sari-Sari stores and residential buildings by using bottles, jugs, canister butane and other similar portable containers and providing penalties for violation thereof, and for other purposes”, considering that the same is in accordance with law.

Dayanghirang, for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental, to enter into a memorandum of agreement and/or understanding with agencies, institutions, organizations and other pertinent entities for the implementation of the Nagkakaisang Lingkod-Bayan ng Davao Oriental-Forest landscape Restoration for Sustainable Development (NLD-FLRSD) Program in the Province.

Garma, relative to its calamity assistance for the Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center COVID-19 cases in the amount of one million (P1,000,000.00) pesos, through PCSO Board Resolution No. 0100-A, series of 2020.
