RESOLUTION NO. 16-733-12-2020 – A Resolution confirming the approval on the passage of Municipal Ordinance No. 31, series of 2020, of the Sangguniang Bayan of Governor Generoso, Entitled: “An Ordinance creating one position of Administrative Aide III, for the office of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental”, considering that the same is in accordance with law.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-398-05-2020 – A Resolution granting authority to the Honorable Governor Nelson L. Dayanghirang, for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental, to receive donations from public and private sectors, government and non-government organization/agencies, such as medical equipments and supplies , food and basic necessities and commodities, cash, and all other identified items and services as deemed appropriate and necessary for certain agencies pursuant to Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) recommendation, intended for COVID-19 response.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-397-05-2020 – A Resolution confirming the approval on the passage of the City Ordinance No. 414, series of 2020, of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Mati, Davao Oriental, Entitled: “An Ordinance adopting Task Force Order No. 2020-007 of the Davao Region COVID-19 Task Force (RTF11-COVID-19), “Prescribing additional guidlines for the effective implementation of the General Community Quarantine in Davao Region (from March 26, 2020, AM until April 19, 2020, 11:59 P.M.)”, considering that the same is in accordance with law.”

RESOLUTION NO. 16-378-04-2020 – A Resolution authorizing the Provincial treasurer to facilitate/cause the reactivation and renaming of the dormant account of the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Mati Branch, to wit: current account No. 0-05410-940-1, renamed from “LGU PROV. OF.DVO.OR.-TF” to new account name “PLGU-DAVAO ORIENTAL-BAYANIHAN GRANT”.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-377-04-2020 – A Resolution authorizing the enactment of General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2020 of the General Fund of the Province of Davao Oriental involving the total amount of Sixty Eight Million Two Hundred Five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty One Pesos (P68,205,631.00) the same be made available to fund various priority programs/projects/activities of the Provincial Government.
