The maintenance of law and order has proved to be a vital cog in catalyzing and sustaining economic growth and development. Efforts along this sector shall continue to be undertaken in coordination with the communities, concerned national line agencies, the police and the military. Specific activities shall include, but not limited to, the following:

1. Mainstream and integrate disaster risk reduction management and climate change adaptation
2. Proactive planning for natural and man-made calamities
3. Forge convergence, collaboration, and cooperation and coordination between and among stakeholders towards the attainment of peace and development
4. Build up capacity and logistical support to address man-made and natural calamities
5. Sustain a peaceful and secure community
