Rabat, City of Mati, Davao Oriental, “Amending Executive Orders No. 42 and 56, series of 2019, RE: reorganizing and reconstituting the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC), by the inclusion of a provision for incentives”, considering that the same is within the prescribed powers of the City Mayor pursuant to Article I, section 455 (2) (III) of RA 7160 or the local government code of 1991.
