RABAT OF THE CITY OF MATI, DAVAO ORIENTAL, RE: “AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDERS NOS. 43, 51, & 71, SERIES OF 2019, 67 & 71, SERIES OF 2020, AND 66, 93, & 105 SERIES OF 2021 RE: REORGANIZING AND RECONSTITUTING THE CITY PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL, BY THE ADDITION OF REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE BUREAU OF FIRE PROTECTION, PHILIPPINE COAST GUARD, PHILIPPINE DRUG ENFORCEMENT AGENCY, AND PNP-MARITIME GROUP”, CONSIDERING THAT THE SAME IS WITHIN THE PRESCRIBED POWERS OF THE CITY MAYOR PURSUANT TO ARTICLE I, SECTION 455 (B) (2) (III) OF RA 7160.
