RESOLUTION NO 16-1369-04-2022 – A RESOLUTION AMENDING SP RESOLUTION NO. 16-1235-01-2022, BY CHANGING THE NAME “DR. MARIA ALE LYNE C. CAJULAO” TO “DR. KARISSA MAY S. GO”, AND THE SAME AS AMENDED SHALL NOW READ AS FOLLOWS: “A RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY TO THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR NELSON L. DAYANGHIRANG, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH – DAVAO CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT, REPRESENTED BY ITS REGIONAL DIRECTOR, DR. ANNABELLE P. YUMANG, MCH, CESO III, AND DAVAO ORIENTAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL – GOVERNOR GENEROSO, REPRESENTED BY ITS CHIEF OF HOSPITAL, DR. KARISSA MAY S. GO, FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS TO DAVAO ORIENTAL PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL- GOVERNOR GENEROSO UNDER THE 2021 MEDICAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT PATIENT (MAIP) PROGRAM AMOUNTING TO ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P1,485,000.00)”.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-1315-03-2022 – A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING PDRRMC RESOLUTION NO. 02, SERIES OF 2022, ENTITLED: “A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY-FIVE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO AND FIFTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (P25,713,932.57) FROM THE REALIGNMENT OF THE LDRRMF 70% PREPAREDNESS FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P15,700,000.00) FROM THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT CODES: TRAVELING EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-01-010 IN THE AMOUNT OF P 125,000.00; DRUGS MEDICINE EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-070 AMOUNTING TO P2,000,000.00; MEDICAL, DENTAL AND LABORATORY EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-080 AMOUNTING TO P3,500,000.00; MILITARY, POLICE, BFP AND PCG EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-120 AMOUNTING TO P500,000.00; FOOD SUPPLIES EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-050 AMOUNTING TO P5,500,000.00; OTHER SUPPLIES EXPENSES WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-03-990 AMOUNTING TO P2,000,000.00; OMOE WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-99-990 IN THE AMOUNT OF P2,075,000.00 TO DONATIONS WITH ACCOUNT CODE 5-02-99-080 AND APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND INVESTMENT PLAN (LDRRMFIP)AND AUTHORIZING THE UTILIZATION OF THE UNEXPENDED LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT FUND (LDRRMF) FOR FY 2022 ACCRUED UNDER THE TRUST FUND AMOUNTING TO TEN MILLION THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO PESOS AND FIFTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (P10,013,932.57) TO AUGMENT THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE TO FARMERS, FISHERFOLKS, FAMILIES, AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE GREATLY AFFECTED BY ERRATIC WEATHER CONDITIONS, OCCURRENCE OF EMERGING AND RE-EMERGING INFECTIOUS DISEASES (ERID), AND OTHER EMERGENCIES AND CALAMITIES THAT TRANSPIRED IN THIS PROVINCE, AND FORWARDING THE SAME TO THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN FOR THEIR APPROVAL”.
