RESOLUTION NO. 16-308-03-2020 – A Resolution authorizing the Honorable Governor Nelson L. Dayanghirang, for and in behalf of the Provincial Government of Davao Oriental, to enter into a memorandum of agreement with the City Government of Mati, represented by its City Mayor, Honorable Michelle Marie Denise N. Rabat, in relation to the CLGU’S financial assistance to indigent and poor patients admitted at Davao Oriental Provincial Medical Center.

RESOLUTION NO. 16-310-03-2020 - A Resolution confirming the approval on the passage of PDC-EXCOM Resolution No. 12, series of 2020, Entitled:"A Resolution approving and adopting the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) Resolution No. 02 series of 2020 Entitled: "A Resolution approving the supplemental Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund Investment Plan (LDRRMFIP) and authorizing the utilization of the unexpended balance of the Local DRRM fund amounting to thirty-three million four hundred eighty-two thousand two hundred sixty-one pesos and 37/100s (P33,482,261.37) as funding support for disaster risk reduction programs, projects and activities such as, but not limited to, implementation of prevention, preparedness and response actions against the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and forwarding the same to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their approval", considering that the same is in accordance with law.
